Kim Kardashian's younger brother agreed to pay Andra Viak the value of the camera gear that she said he stole after he went 'berserk' when she tried to take a topless photo of the star outside a Hollywood gym.
Prosecutors had charged Rob with battery and petty theft in relation to the incident that took place last March, but in a court hearing on Wednesday lawyers told the judge that a civil settlement had been reached, according to TMZ.
The angry altercation occurred when the chubby 26-year-old was snapped shirtless after a workout by the paparazzi photographer, who had been waiting for him in the car park.
Viak alleged that Rob then snatched the camera's memory card so that the images wouldn't be released to media outlets and took off, promising that he would pay for it later.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is currently in the middle of a weight loss regime and it is speculated that he was not quite ready to reveal his frame after perhaps signing an exclusive deal to sell his story.
'I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not,' Rob told the magazine at a Neiman Marcus event in Las Vegas to promote his sock line, Arthur George, on May 27, adding that he thinks he has six months before he reaches his goal.
Hitting the scales at 235 pounds in March, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant was throwing himself into daily work-outs but revealed he has now recruited brother-in-law Lamar Odom's trainer to help him.
'I'm kind of doing my own thing with Lamar's trainer. He's on salary since he was 19 years old, so he works for us. I've been spending time with him.'
