Ava and Deacon are believed to have been in Ryan's care when Reese got arrested for disorderly conduct in Atlanta Georgia last month after husband Jim Toth was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. 'You have to say when you make a mistake, you have to take responsibility,' she told Good Morning America. 'And we are taking responsibility and doing everything in our power to make it right. You just have to be honest with them. That was definitely the hardest part.'
Reese was fined $213, while Toth was put on probation, fined, and ordered to attend alcohol education classes after his DUI arrest.

However, the star can't seem to escape negative headlines, with her stepmother Tricianne Taylor recently describing her as 'awful and disrespectful' to her father John Witherspoon.
Taylor has never met Reese, but she certainly has some strong opinions about her stepdaughter.

In fact she even alleges that Reese’s father, Dr John Witherspoon, nearly didn’t walk her down the aisle at her 2011 wedding to Jim Toth because she was ‘so awful and disrespectful to her father’.
Taylor said: ‘Reese shows very little respect to her father, and he’s been ostracised by her because she’s so angry that he married me.’
Taylor also told the publication: ‘Based on Reese’s behaviour in those police videos following her recent arrest, I believe she has a serious drinking problem and needs to get professional help.
Reese’s family made the headlines last year when her mother Betty filed a bigamy lawsuit against John after he tied the knot with Tricianne despite the fact he was still legally married to her.
Betty was granted a restraining order against Tricianne as part of the suit, after Betty claimed John was suffering from early onset dementia and told her he didn’t remember marrying Tricianne.
