The eldest of the Kardashian clan invited her fans via the social networking site to join her as she made an appearance on Saturday at the family's clothing and accessories store at the Mirage hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
'I'm in Las Vegas! Who's coming today to @KarsadhianKhaos at the Mirage? Vegas I have missed you,' she posted late Saturday morning.
Wearing a loose and lacy little black dress with matching over-the-knee leather boots, the mother-of-two hosted a meet and greet with a couple of lucky winners, as well as over a hundred shoppers -- who had to make a few purchases.
'If you're in Vegas, come stop by & meet the one and only @KourtneyKardash!!! Min. purchase required,' the store posted on its official Twitter account.
But the small down payment didn't deter fans, who lined up for hours and piled up to catch a glimpse of the reality TV star from outside the store.
Among the 33-year-old's eager fans was an Elvis impersonator, who was lucky enough to score a snapshot with the diminutive socialite.
And while Kourtney was making the rounds in Sin City, her partner Scott Disick was thousands of miles away in Paris representing the family at fashion week.
Scott posted a video and photos of himself hanging with friends at a swanky cafe, while Kourtney shared images of her man hanging backstage at the Givenchy show with the caption 'I miss my handsome man.'
The couple are known for having a healthy fashion palate, including a series of interesting choices of fur-trimmed garments worn by Kourtney this week.
On Thursday she arrived at LAX wearing a gilet that looked like a bird's plumage in shades of grey, black and white and rather racily paired it with a full leather ensemble.
Earlier in the week while touring New York, Kourtney was spotted in a huge pale blue fluffy jacket with stole the show, highlighting her slender physique.
