She spent the past week fighting bronchitis and a sinus infection.

But Alyson Hannigan was all smiles and big hair on a post-breakfast stroll with her husband Alexis Denisof and baby daughter Keeva in Brentwood Tuesday.

After emerging from Cafe Luxxe, the 38-year-old funnywoman's thick red tresses began blowing in the wind.

Her husband Alexis, who turns 47 next month, was similarly attired in a grey jacket, blue jeans, and New Balance trainers.

The bearded leading man gave passerbys but a glimpse of their precious eight-month-old resting comfortably in her stroller.

Last weekend, the entire family hit up the Beverly Hills Chanel shop and Alyson's mini-me, who shares her birthday, stole the show in a vibrant purple-and-red party dress.

The famous redhead, who often brings her girls with her on the set of HIMYM, was relieved that Satyana has accepted the role of big sister so well.

'The other day [Satyana] was hugging [Keeva] so hard I was like, "I think her head might pop off." I don’t want to be like, "Ooh!" because I don’t want her to have a complex about her sister,' the American Pie star told Peoplemagazine last month.

'But I’m like, "Oh you know, I don’t know if she can really breathe right now! That might just be a little too hard," and Keeva’s just as happy as [can be]. It’s so great.'
