She revealed in January that her main New Year's resolution was to increase the frequency of her gym workouts.
And now Alex Gerrard is showing off the results of her gym bunny regime, displaying her incredible bikini body in a tiny strapless red two-piece during a sunshine break in Dubai.
The mother-of-three drew attention to her washboard stomach and muscular legs as she was photographed jumping for joy against the backdrop of the world-famous Burj Al Arab hotel.

Alex wrote in her OK! magazine column earlier this year: 'Not that I drink all the time, but when I go out I can overdo it and it’s not worth the hangover the next day.
'My main wishes for 2013 are that my gorgeous family stays happy and healthy and to get back in the gym again. As for more babies - I’m definitely done!'
Alex, 30, is in Dubai to shoot a new campaign for Lipsy, for which she is the face of their new VIP collection, but has turned the trip into something of a holiday as well.

The pretty blonde has been joined by her three daughters, nine-year-old Lilly-Ella, six-year-old Lexie and 17-month-old Lourdes, while her husband Steven continues with his footballing commitments.
Posting a shot of herself and her daughters on Twitter, Alex wrote: 'Me and my girls!'
Alex also insisted to her followers that she hasn't let her exercise regime slip in the Emirates, tweeting: 'Just been for a run along the beach with @MissRachyWilson an my mum , bloody hard graft in the heat !!! #faceisredraw.'

Later this week, Alex will be shooting her new campaign for Lipsy’s VIP collection - consisting of a capsule range of 33 stunning evening gowns.

And speaking about why she wanted to work with Lipsy, Alex said: 'There’s a big variety of style to suit everyone and the styles are so glam they hardly need any accessories.

'You can just put the dress on and feel a million dollars. Lipsy shoppers like to look good and take care of their appearance, so I think we are a great match.'
