Sisters are doing it for themselves! Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian step out in stunning black and white dresses

Though Kim is doing a fine job of eschewing traditional maternity togs, her pregnancy creates the first chance in recent history for her sisters to upstage her in the sartorial stakes. 
We're not saying that the siblings should want to compete in this way but anyone who has watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians knows that Kim's No.1 daughter status irks Khloe, 28, and 33-year-old Kourtney from time-to-time.
So it's nice to see that while Kim (kind of) takes a back seat, Kourt and Khloe are really coming into their own in the style stakes.

Khloe, in particular, is developing a look of her own that suits her more sardonic personality.
Funnily enough, it's a rockier kind of vibe which has echoes of Kanye West's attempts to make Kim's wardrobe edgier... but it works so much better on Khloe.
A cornerstone of this look is the ankle boot, and while on Wednesday she opted for Ash wedge trainers, today Khloe showed the versatility of the look by wearing a pair of peeptoe heel boots.
She paired the sexy footwear with a curve-clinging striped mini-dress which looked fantastic on her hourglass figure.

Kourtney, meanwhile, came straight out of the leftfield.
She's already stolen a march in Kim by getting blunt bangs which little sister promptly copied.
But she outdid herself in the busiest black and white patterned dress.

It could've been a disaster but instead, Kourtney's incredibly slim and toned physique showed the abstract print off excellently.
She matched it with her pair of equally different black patent pumps with white ankle straps and a whole heap of attitude.
