She is a red-hot Oscar favourite with her motion picture Zero Dark Thirty.
But it looks like Jessica Chastain is not the only one in her household to have devoted fans.
The actress was presented with a picture of her three-legged pooch named Chaplin on Saturday as mingled outside the Walter Kerr Theatre in New York City.

She could be seen holding the artwork of her white terrier which was a close-up of his face.

She also has another two rescue dogs, Radley, a corgi-spaniel cross, and Roman, a chihuahua mix.

However, her tiny pet is constantly seen out and about with her as she heads to work.
In between promoting her various movie roles, the 35-year-old is currently performing on Broadway in the production The Heiress.
And she usually keeps her fluffy pet – who was seen on walk outside the venue earlier in the day - nearby as she deals with her hectic schedule.
Jessica was dressed was wrapped up in black trousers and boots with tweed coat featuring gold pocket fastenings.
She donned dark sunglasses and carried a huge ebony bag containing the comforts she needed for the evening show.
When she’s not working she loves to cook – she’s a strict vegan and together with Woody Harrelson topped PETA's list of 2012's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities contest.
The pair beat off more than 100 of Hollywood's hottest vegetarians, including Michelle Pfeiffer, Anne Hathaway, Ellen DeGeneres, Ben Stiller and Joaquin Phoenix.
